When you contact us

The contact form sends your name, email address, optional brand or company, and message to Martin's SupplyFolio mailbox through our Websupport hosting. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Submitting a message does not subscribe you to marketing and does not require analytics consent.

The website does not keep a separate database of submissions. Messages are retained in the mailbox while we handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Please do not submit confidential product or supplier information. You can contact Martin to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

To limit spam, the endpoint uses a private, bounded rate-limit file containing salted network-address hashes and timestamps, not message contents. Entries expire from the active ten-minute window and are pruned on subsequent accepted attempts. This protection does not set a browser cookie. Hosting and email providers may also process technical logs as part of delivering and securing the service.

What is measured

Only after you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and clicks on the readiness-call link. A click records only whether the link was in the header, hero or footer. For our campaign links, we also send predefined, shared source, medium and campaign labels to understand how visitors found us. These labels do not identify individual recipients. We do not send names, email addresses, arbitrary URL query values, booking details or form content, and we do not use analytics for advertising.

A measured click is only an expression of intent. It is not treated as a booking, lead, qualified conversation or paid pilot.

Consent, cookies and local storage

Without consent, SupplyFolio does not load Google Analytics or send traffic-measurement data to Google. If you opt in, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<ID> to distinguish sessions and returning visits. The site stores your privacy choice in this browser under supplyfolio.consent.v1.

If you withdraw consent, further measurement in this browser stops and analytics cookies available to this site are removed.

Provider and legal basis

Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. and is processed only on the basis of your consent. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area using its applicable transfer safeguards. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
